“মহসিন আলী (রিফাত) এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের সিইও (CEO)। তাঁর জন্ম ব্রাহ্মণবাড়িয়ার বাঞ্ছারামপুরে। তাঁর বাবা, মরহুম সেলিম মিয়া, বাংলাদেশ সচিবালয়ে প্রশাসনিক কর্মকর্তা হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেছেন এবং মা, জাহানারা বেগম, পরিবার পরিকল্পনা পরিদর্শক হিসেবে কর্মরত আছেন। তিনি বাঞ্ছারামপুর থানার 'ওয়েস্ট থানা কলোনি'তে বেড়ে ওঠেন। সেখানেই তাঁর মধ্যে নিষ্ঠা, সেবাপরায়ণতা ও নেতৃত্বের মতো বলিষ্ঠ গুণাবলি গড়ে ওঠে—যে নীতিগুলো আজও তাঁর পেশাগত যাত্রাকে দিকনির্দেশনা দিয়ে চলেছে।”
